Cristina Busquets

I'm Cristina, an integrative nutritionist. Since I was little, I've been interested in biology, and specifically everything related to the human body. I always knew that my path lay in that direction.

When I finished my degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, I continued my training and experimented in different fields (research, talks, workshops, etc.). What I enjoyed most was consulting and dealing with patients, but I hit a wall: many of the theoretical aspects I had studied didn't translate into practice as I'd been told. I understood that body and mind are more closely linked than I thought and that not everything is black and white, so I wanted to change my way of understanding nutrition and health in general, and after several training sessions and courses, I decided to pursue a master's degree in PNI. Since then, this has been my daily routine, helping people improve their health from a holistic perspective and seeking the root of what's happening, understanding that we can't separate nutrition from rest, stress, emotions, physical activity... In short, seeking different paths, and I'm delighted to do so!
