I started with Mercedes because I reached a point in my life where, in addition to stress and anxiety, I felt apathy. The turning point for this was that apathy, which made me realize something had gone more wrong than it should have and that it was time to find a solution.
I was already familiar with the M.Puntí team on social media. I liked both their content and the fact that they worked in an integrative manner. They understood the importance of collaborative work between different specialists. They were also knowledgeable about what was affecting me, both psychologically, digestively, and hormonally. So I delved deeper into the psychological aspect on their website and saw that they offered a free 30-minute session.
