Assessment consultation
Book an initial consultation so one of our coaches can assess your case. During this consultation, you can explain your situation and goals.
Buys
You can request the monthly plan or the Longevity package.
First session:
Once you make the purchase, within 1-2 days you will receive an email with the necessary information to conduct your first consultation (Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp) with your coach.
Delivery of the plan
After the online consultation, we will send you access to our app and you will have access to your individual training plan.
Doubts
You can resolve them by email (individual plan) or via Telegram if you choose the Longevity plan.
Follow-up
As you progress through your routine, we will modify your training.

What is the training plan that is given to me?
The training plan is completely individualized and optimized for each individual's situation. You'll find your workouts perfectly guided and explained through videos and our app.
Do our coaches have official qualifications?
That's right, our personal trainers have the official certifications necessary to carry out their work. But they go much further and continue to train independently so they can continue offering the best advice and training plans possible.
Should I take any type of test before the visit?
Depending on your goal, the coach will send you any necessary tests (videos, questionnaires, etc.). If you need any specific medical tests or assessments, the coach will help you find a suitable professional (physical therapist, orthopedist, etc.).
How do we assess your movement and functional status?
Very simple: through a series of functional mobility tests that we'll analyze with you, as well as questionnaires that you can fill out to give us clues as to where you'll need to address your training needs.
Do we work with any mutual insurance company?
Unfortunately not. Personal trainers (with the appropriate qualifications), although they are the most qualified to improve many pathologies, injuries, or pain, are not considered a healthcare profession. Therefore, working with a mutual insurance company is practically impossible. We hope that this situation will change in the future and we will be able to offer you this option.
