Hello! I am Iratxe, an integrative dietitian, naturopath and psychoneuroimmunologist.
My interest in health began at the end of my studies in Environmental Chemistry, after the

My interest in health begins when I finish my studies in Environmental Chemistry, after which my interest in ecology increases, which leads me to the search for a life in a more rural, more sustainable environment and with greater harmony with natural rhythms. .
I specialize in different body disciplines and discover the power of body therapy and contact, as a tool for personal transformation that goes beyond working with the body's tissue and its structures.
I have taken various courses and seminars on orthomolecular nutrition, sports nutrition and
PNIE, nutrition applied to hormonal imbalances, hypothyroidism, autoimmunity and
digestive pathology.
In 2021 I complete the university postgraduate degree in clinical psychoneuroimmunology with
Regenerate Barcelona.
I am currently studying a nutrition degree at UEMC and I continue to train and
continually updating myself in the approach to health from a point of view
integrative.
