About me

Hello! My name is Jennifer, I'm the Head of Customer Experience and Sales Management, and I'm going to tell you a little bit about how I got here.

I'm the first person many people meet when they arrive at MPUNTI in search of wellness. I like to think of myself as a bit of an ambassador: the one who listens, accompanies, and makes sure, from the very beginning, that each person feels they're in the right place. Connecting with each person's story and offering personalized, personalized care is what motivates me most.

As the operational manager of MPUNTI, I'm responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly: coordinating the team, overseeing processes, and ensuring that every detail reflects Maria Puntí's values ​​and essence.

My professional career in luxury companies has taken me to work in different countries, including Mexico, the United States, and several locations in Europe. That experience has taught me to adapt to different cultures and ways of understanding service. But if there's one thing that's common around the world, it's the essential: that the person in front of you feels cared for, listened to, and valued. I've always believed that the difference lies in the small details and going the extra mile to create unique experiences. Because every person is unique, and so should the attention they receive.
