Hello! My name is Alexandra and I am a Dietitian specialized in PNI Clinica, with a totally integrative approach when it comes to helping people and with which in fact I also observe, contemplate, understand and learn from life day after day. Learning is in fact essential for me, and I try both professionally and personally to continue training and always growing.
I am here to accompany and guide people on their path to better health and quality of life, no matter what the context or starting circumstances.
Since I was little I was always interested in philosophy and anthropology, and I was deeply concerned about the reasons for our behavior and what were the most intrinsic and genuine links with the world and nature that surrounds us and that we also are. Issues such as ancestral and evolutionary nutrition were already on my mind, and were decisive when I embarked on the study of human nutrition, from where I have also delved into other issues related to health such as physical exercise, psychology and approach through Psychoneuroimmunology or PNI that precisely integrates and understands the organism as a whole.
I think that health has to do with a whole set of diverse fields or factors, and that all of them deserve their due attention and care to achieve that balance and harmony where health shines and is sustained. As if it were a table, where these factors are all those little legs that will have to be attended to and cared for correctly.
As an athlete specialized in athletics and also a lover of art, my vision of health also includes the importance of fulfilling ourselves and doing little things that we like, one more leg of that table that we want strong and beautiful.
Searching and finding the causes of what happens, drawing the most optimal path for improvement, as well as accompanying and at the same time empowering the person to better manage themselves and know how to choose what is best for them in the future, all of them are for me. primary objectives and my reason for being here 🙂
