About me

Following a good diet and being active have been essential in my life. My diet is a mix between the education I have received at home and the sum of what I am learning along with active listening to my body that gives it some nuances. As for activity, I need movement in my daily life: running, swimming, cycling, gym...

The decision to dedicate myself professionally to health and nutrition comes from my passion and curiosity for the human being at all levels: physiological, anatomical, metabolic and psychological.

I started this path with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, I continued with the master's degree in Nutrition and Metabolism. Then I wanted to delve deeper into the field of sports nutrition. Although these trainings gave me a base, the practice and day-to-day practice of consulting requires much more and the need to learn is constant. There is always interest in some topic, whether on a digestive level, hormonal level, emotionally... One of the most recent training courses that has had the most impact on me is psychoneuroimmunology, both on a personal and professional level.

I have been consulting for a few years now and I like to be of service to people and help them chart their health path. It is very grateful and comforting. Also, in some cases, a challenge. The consultation allows me to help and be able to transmit both deep-rooted values and the sum of all the learning. My beginnings were in the face-to-face format with my consultation in a Coworking space and collaborating with different medical and sports centers... More recently I combine my work in my own consultation and online with this equipment
