My name is Pilar and I am a dietitian-nutritionist.
I admit that when I entered the Complutense University of Madrid on the first day to begin the degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at only 17 years old, I did not think that 10 years later I would be here, working hand in hand with a team that makes all of its knowledge available. knowledge, experience and empathy with the patient, to ensure that all those processes that do not have a clear name as a disease are treated.
I can say that I have a completely different vision of nutrition than that girl who finished her degree at 21 years old and I think this is very positive, experiencing things that make us rethink how we want to focus our professional and ultimately personal lives.
Nutrition has evolved so quickly and continues to do so that you either get on it or leave it, I have decided to join the bandwagon to improve the quality of life of my patients, always based on knowledge, experience, listening and understanding.
After many courses to continue training and be able to help my patients in a better way, I am in the 2nd year of the PNIE Master in which the only objective is sought than to understand ourselves as a whole and not as separate parts; This is why in consultation we will try to integrate everything that happens to us in order to help you live better and be happier.
