EXPLANATIONS

Cancellation or postponement of an already booked appointment must be made at least 48 WORKING hours prior to the session, in order to reorganize the agenda with sufficient time without causing any harm to the therapist's time or that of other patients. Therefore, appointments not cancelled within this time frame will incur the cost of the session unless it is due to a force majeure reason.

If cancellation is requested within the indicated time, another date will be set for the session or a refund will be accepted.

Emails sent to the therapist will be answered during business hours within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).
