This program is for you if you're fully committed to prioritizing your health once and for all and leaving behind all the symptoms that keep you from enjoying your daily life.
Healing the symptoms you've been experiencing for years and finding the root cause is a process that requires attention and patience, which is why we've created this 4-month plan. We want to support you on this journey and ensure you achieve the best results. The program includes:

✔️ Second session (video call) of 30 minutes to explain the plan developed
✔️ 2 review sessions: valid for a maximum of 4 months after the first session
✔️ Clinical/nutritional history evaluation
✔️ Development of an adapted dietary plan and weekly meal ideas
✔️ Treatment roadmap and individual supplementation prescription (if necessary)
✔️ Prescription and interpretation of new complementary tests (if necessary)
✔️ Email support (once per week) for 4 months
✔️ Exclusive access to the monthly group session with Maria Puntí

PROCEDURE
Once you make the payment, you will be sent a specific questionnaire where you can attach your information and proof. Maria Puntí will assign you the most suitable therapist from the @m.punti team , and your first appointment will be scheduled at a time that best suits you.
After completing your purchase, if you wait a few seconds on the last page, the questionnaire will appear. If you haven't seen it, please write to info@mpunti.es.
During the consultation, you can explain in detail the reason for your visit to your Psychoneuroimmunology Nutritionist-Dietitian, your medical history, concerns, and questions. After the consultation, the therapist will review your case in detail and schedule a therapeutic plan, including a nutritional plan and supplementation, if necessary.
We will also order any necessary tests if the patient's condition requires them. Afterward, we will provide you with the treatment plan and explain it to you during a visit to answer any questions you may have. During the month of counseling, you will receive one email per week that you can send to your therapist if you have any questions.
Modifications to the initial plan and evaluation of the requested tests will be carried out during the follow-up consultation.
Once you complete the program, you will have the opportunity to renew a 5-month follow-up for 300 €.

EXPLANATIONS
Please remember to check your email inbox in the "Promotions" or "Spam" folders if you can't find the questionnaire sent to you.
Emails sent to the therapist will be answered during business hours within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).
A nutritional plan will be provided with ideas and 4/5 suggested food combination options to facilitate adaptation to treatment.
You have a weekly email that you can send to the therapist to address any questions, queries, or emergencies that arise during your consultation.
The patient will send a weekly email in case they need additional support (questions, changes, last-minute issues, etc.) during the consultation. If more than one email is sent weekly, a response will be sent in the following week's email.
The consultation period lasts for four months from the day of the consultation. During this period, questions can be resolved via email. If a follow-up visit and email contact are desired after the four months, the patient must purchase an additional Follow-Up Package.
If no follow-up is performed for more than 12 months, a new initial package must be paid for to re-evaluate the patient's situation.
