CONTRACTING THE MONITORING PACK

If you've already purchased your initial package, you can purchase follow-up care whenever you want. The follow-up care package includes:

✓ Valid for 1 month of consulting (30 days)

✓ Includes 1 follow-up consultation per month (60 minutes online).

✓ Includes an individualized nutritional plan and supplementation

✓ 1 email per week for 30 days

SPECS

The follow-up consultation will last up to 60 minutes. The length of the consultation will be adjusted to each patient's individual needs (40-60 minutes).

Emails sent to the therapist will be answered during business hours within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).

A nutritional plan with meal ideas will be provided to facilitate adaptation to treatment, but the nutrition service does not include weekly menu development.

The consultation period lasts 30 days from the day of the consultation. During this time, questions can be resolved via email once a week. If a follow-up visit and email contact are desired after the 30 days, the patient must purchase an additional Follow-Up Package.

CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT

The consultation will be paid one week before the visit.

Cancellation or postponement of an already booked appointment must be made at least 48 hours before the session, so that the schedule can be reorganized with sufficient time without causing any harm to the therapist's time or that of other patients. Therefore, appointments not cancelled within this time frame due to force majeure and the corresponding justification will incur the cost of one hour of the session.
