Nutritionist Col. No. MAD00415
“Understanding and knowing how to integrate human physiology, explaining to the client why they get sick and what they have to do to get better is part of my work philosophy.”
I'm Lucía, you can call me “Lula” which is what all my friends call me.
My passion for nutrition begins during my adolescence, where I began to adopt healthy habits, becoming interested in physical exercise, natural cooking, food and the environment. I always liked medicine and I couldn't find a better way to link it with my interest in cooking than studying nutrition. I graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2014 where I worked in the hospital field until 2016, which was when I moved to Spain.
Here I discovered the exciting world of clinical psychoneuroimmunology and integrative medicine with the help of Dr. Antonio Hernández, who trained me in his practice, being part of his team for 3 years.
Since I arrived in Spain I have taken courses, workshops, attended seminars, read all kinds of books and papers related to integrative medicine, and I am currently about to finish the PNI postgraduate degree in Regenera, training that gave me a theoretical framework for everything I I had already been applying in consultation all this time. I consider myself an eternal student and I'm already thinking about my next master's degree!
When I studied the degree, I did not imagine the scope it could have on a therapeutic level, since currently I am far from that person who wanted to link medicine and cooking, resulting in a degree in nutrition. Today I consider myself more than a professional who prescribes diets.
I believe (because I see it every day in consultation) in the healing power that food has, in the importance of knowing how to manage stress and exercise as a human need as part of any treatment, using natural medicine as a basic tool, always in synergy. with traditional medicine.
