That is why we have an interdisciplinary team made up of Nutritionists-Dietitians, Dietitians, PNIs, Psychologists, Personal Trainers, Endocrine and Integrative Doctors working together to offer the best advice.

What does this pack include?
✓ 1 initial online consultation (60') with a therapist from the MPUNTI team + 1 30' visit to explain the delivery of the plan
✓ Request for analytical tests (if necessary)
✓ Includes a personalized therapeutic plan, a nutritional and supplementation plan
✓ Includes 1 email per week with the therapist to resolve doubts and emergencies during the 30 consecutive days from the delivery of the plan.
Once you make the payment, you will be sent a specific questionnaire where you can attach your data and evidence. You will then be assigned the most appropriate therapist from the @m.punti team and the first appointment will be scheduled at a time that best suits you.
During the consultation you will be able to fully explain the reason for your consultation to your therapist, your clinical history, your concerns and doubts. Once the consultation has been completed, the therapist will study your case in detail and schedule the therapeutic plan, nutritional plan and supplementation if necessary.
We will also request the necessary tests if the patient's situation requires it. Afterwards, we will give you the therapeutic plan and we will explain it to you during a visit to resolve all your doubts.

SPECIFICATIONS
Once you make the purchase, an initial questionnaire will automatically be sent to you so that you can send us all your data and tests prior to the consultation. We will study your case and refer you to the most appropriate therapist from the team, who will contact you as soon as possible once you send us the questionnaire.
We remember to check your mailbox in the "Promotions" or "Spam" folders if you cannot find the questionnaire that was sent to you.
Emails sent to the therapist will be responded to during business hours within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).
A nutritional plan with ideas will be delivered and 4/5 options for food combination proposals to facilitate adaptation to treatment .
You have a weekly email that you can send to the therapist to resolve doubts, queries or emergencies that arise during the consultation.
The weekly email will be sent by the patient in case they need additional support (doubts, changes, last minute problems...) during the duration of the consultation. If more than one weekly email is sent, it will be responded to in the following week's email.
The advice extends to 30 days from the day of the consultation. During this time, the resolution of doubts via email is included at a rate of one per week. If you wish to make a follow-up visit and have contact via email once the 30 days have ended, the patient must pay for another Follow-up package.
In the event that no follow-up is carried out for more than 12 months, an initial package must be paid again to re-evaluate the patient's situation.
